All sales are final. We do not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds due to sanitary reasons and the custom, handmade nature of our items.

We are not responsible for items that have tarnished due to exposure to water or other liquids. Please read our 'Jewelry Care' page to learn how to keep your jewelry in good condition.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your order has shipped.
Once items leave our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not able to expedite delivery once the item is in the hands of the carrier as they have full control over the package.
Please double check your shipping address before ordering as we are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address. If an order is returned back to us due to insufficient address, we will charge a $5 reshipment fee to mail it to the correct address.
